Kutulu Xul

RACE: Chaos

CLASS: Chosen

Kutulu Xul was originally an Interrogator employed by King Settra in the very first human civilization: Nehekhara.  Kutulu excelled at (and enjoyed) inflicting physical, psychological, and spiritual pain on his subjects.

When King Settra demanded the formation of an Order of Mortuary Priests to begin researching death and immortality, Kutulu was ordained specifically for the use of his special skills.  Kutulu used horrible torture to extract information and dark secrets from the multitudes of Settra's prisoners.

Through his work, Kutulu became privy to many arcane secrets relating to Death and Chaos.

Kutulu was first killed 2495 years before Sigmar's coronation marked the start of the Empire.  This occurred when an unforeseen intervention during a horribly bloody Anti-Sanctus Chaotica ritual, as eighty-eight nearly-dead, innocent, sacrificial prisoners were screaming from un-natural pain and anguish, caused a cataclysmic eruption of unchecked Chaos and Black magics.  An un-intended side-effect of the accident was that Kutulu retained his memories when he was reincarnated a few years later - as did other Nehekarans participating in the ritual.

Kutulu's current life began in the year 2490, when he was re-born in a nomadic, Khornate tribe north of the Eastern Steppes.  Then, in 2505 Kutulu left his tribe and went on a pilgrimage northwest through the Chaos Wastes, where he met a Tzeentian zealot, the hermit "birdman" of Mung, who instructed Kutulu in the ways of Tzeentch.  This triggered the return of all of Kutulu's memories from past lives.  Immediately, Kutulu set about returning to the business of Anti-Sanctus Chaotica.  The business of slaughter.

For Kutulu, nothing is worth his time unless he's calculated it to cause more pain and suffering... or, secondarily, unless it is something that will bring him more power, which would then allow him to cause more pain and suffering.

Essential to understanding Kutulu's philosophy is to recognize his militaristic background and his role as interrogator, AND to recognize his interest in the arcane study of Death and Chaos.

Combine this skill-set in with his inexhaustible desire for power and insatiable appetite for causing suffering.....

and you have Kutulu Xul!

Creation undone
Black hole from the sun
Hope made to Fear
Til All is None

With rotting flesh
And Hope deposed
Let thorns usurp

War's Wonderful Wrath

When weak willed warriors weep, whilst woe wrought wails waste worthy wishes wretched...

WE wise will win world wide worship.

Wait.

With weighted waltz, WAR weaves whose web would willingly wield wickedly written words.

WE with WILL will wholly wither what wholesome worlds would worship.

Whereby, wolfen, we witness WAR's wonderful wrath.
