On this most hallowed of Wednesdays, I shall be leaving my most beloved state (Illinois, not insanity) for the sake of gracing a, shall we say, lesser state with my presence: Rhode Island.

Aye, a dear friend of mine, one for whom it is actually worth it to travel to Rhode Island, is getting married, and I have been called upon to fulfill my sacred duty as his groomsman.

So aye, do not expect to see my lovely visage or swoon at my lovely text until Monday night. Do continue posting in these productive and, frankly, vitally important threads that are going on now, not the least of which is the Make Me Pretty! contest as well as the alliance threads, and I shall return when I am able. I shall leave my contact information with the Council in case of dire need, e.g. a vote to be called.

Expect the first post when the bell tolls one!

The wedding was excellent, and I have returned triumphantly.... minus the bit about having totalled my car on the way. Oh well.
